We offer retainers for ongoing fractional operations, executive and virtual assistant support, alongside fixed or phase-based fees for defined projects. Travel, third-party costs and specialist vendors are passed through at cost, with prior approval.

We aim to be flexible and fair. Specific cancellation and rescheduling terms are set out in your agreement and clearly summarised before work begins, so expectations are aligned from the outset.

We operate within agreed limits and approval workflows, retain receipts and logs, and reconcile against budgets. Purchases can be made using your corporate tools or via an agreed Savoire process, with clear, transparent reporting throughout.

Savoire is an operations-led, private-office style service providing fractional operations, executive and virtual assistant support for people with complex lives and businesses. We sit between doing it yourself, hiring junior help or committing to full-time, delivering continuity, judgement and long-term responsibility from London to clients globally.
Founders, executives and private clients whose complexity outgrew transactional support but does not justify a full-time hire. We work with people who need ongoing operational responsibility, continuity and judgement alongside executive and virtual assistant support.
We are London-based and provide operational, executive and virtual assistant support remotely, hybrid or on-site as required. Many of our clients are international, and we align to your time zone, pace and operating rhythm.

Core hours are business days in UK time. For retained clients, urgent items are acknowledged promptly and triaged. Out-of-hours support can be arranged for travel, events and critical operations.

We work comfortably with Microsoft 365 or SharePoint and Google Workspace, as well as Slack, Teams, Notion, Asana, Trello, Jira, and Xero or Sage. We adapt to your existing stack and standardise SOPs and templates for consistency.

Yes. We regularly operate under client NDAs, MSAs and DPAs. Our confidentiality approach is set out in our Client Confidentiality documentation.

We coordinate JV documentation, due diligence, executive calendars, stakeholder communications, data-room hygiene and programme plans, working alongside your advisors.

We operate on a need-to-know basis using least-privilege access, secure cloud platforms and strong device hygiene including disk encryption, MFA and patching. We also operate under NDAs and document handling guidelines.

Password management with Dashlane, endpoint protection and malware scanning, VPNs for secure networks and secure cloud backups. We align with your corporate controls where required.

Yes. Our processes align with UK GDPR and PECR. Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect, why, how long we retain it, your rights and how to contact us. We maintain records to support compliance.

If we act as a processor of your personal data, a DPA is recommended to meet UK GDPR Article 28 requirements. If we act as a controller for certain activities, our Privacy Policy and contract terms apply. Roles are clarified during onboarding.

Not necessarily. It can be a standalone agreement executed alongside your contract. Some organisations publish a public DPA; others keep it offline and share it on request. We support either approach.
