We aim to be flexible and fair. Specific cancellation and rescheduling terms are set out in your agreement and clearly summarised before work begins, so expectations are aligned from the outset.
We operate within agreed limits and approval workflows, retain receipts and logs, and reconcile against budgets. Purchases can be made using your corporate tools or via an agreed Savoire process, with clear, transparent reporting throughout.

Core hours are business days in UK time. For retained clients, urgent items are acknowledged promptly and triaged. Out-of-hours support can be arranged for travel, events and critical operations.

If we act as a processor of your personal data, a DPA is recommended to meet UK GDPR Article 28 requirements. If we act as a controller for certain activities, our Privacy Policy and contract terms apply. Roles are clarified during onboarding.
Not necessarily. It can be a standalone agreement executed alongside your contract. Some organisations publish a public DPA; others keep it offline and share it on request. We support either approach.
