PRIVATE-OFFICE OVERSIGHT FOR BUSINESS AND PERSONAL COMPLEXITY

PRIVATE OFFICE & OPERATIONAL OVERSIGHT FAQS

Savoire provides fractional operations and governance oversight through a retained private-office model for founders, senior leaders and principals managing complex business and personal responsibility. This page answers common questions about how the model works, who it is suited to, and how Savoire differs from transactional assistant, concierge or ad hoc support services.
Savoire is not a volume-based assistant or concierge service. We work with a limited number of clients to provide calm, consistent operational and governance oversight that integrates into how you operate.
Our focus is continuity, judgement, discretion and decision quality, not speed alone or ticket-based task completion.

Savoire is a retained private-office and fractional operations service providing senior-level operational and governance oversight for founders, leaders and principals. We sit between doing everything yourself, hiring junior support or building a full senior internal team, providing continuity, judgement and long-term responsibility from London to clients globally.

We work with founders, senior leaders and principals whose responsibilities have grown faster than the structure around them. Clients typically need ongoing operational ownership, governance oversight, discretion and trusted follow-through, but may not yet need, or want, a full-time senior internal hire.

We are London-based and provide operational, governance and private-office support remotely, hybrid or on-site as required. Many clients operate internationally, and we align to the relevant time zone, pace, confidentiality requirements and operating rhythm.

Discovery: clarify priorities, risks, complexity and responsibility areas.
Structure: agree scope, cadence, communication routes, access and delegated authority.
Embed: integrate into the operating rhythm, documentation and decision flow.
Continuity: maintain long-term oversight, follow-through and stability.

Core hours are UK business days. For retained clients, urgent matters are acknowledged promptly and triaged according to agreed scope, authority and priority. Out-of-hours cover can be arranged for travel, events, critical operations or time-sensitive private-office matters.
